Flexible Lease Terms & All-Inclusive Pricing
Choose month to month or a fixed term lease, depending on your needs. If you choose the month to month option, we offer a simple 14-day notice policy. After a minimum 31 night stay, you can keep the apartment as long (or as short) as you need it, and with just 14 days notice, you have no further obligation. Best of all, everything is included! Every apartment has a washer/dryer, and is fully furnished, including kitchen items and linens. Essential services, including utilities and wireless internet (WI-FI), have already been set-up for your stay.
